I’ve been trying to get into better shape for the last year. I joined a gym in January, but it didn’t work for me. The problem was that I didn’t know what to do. I tried a few different exercises, but my workout felt unfocused. I certainly didn’t have the money to get a personal trainer. I have owned the same treadmill for the past ten years. I received it as a gift for my fifteenth birthday when I had a serious talk with my mum about exercise and wanting to lose a bit of weight. I carried it with me no matter where I went – off to university, a tiny city flat, and eventually to my three bedroom home that I know live in. Unfortunately, last month my treadmill refused to start when I hopped onto it for my daily morning jog. I tried everything to get it to work including calling up my brother, the family handy-man, to come around and fix it. Nothing worked- it was out of commission for good. The up-side to this break down is that I discovered an awesome treadmill shop online that I could order a new machine from at a great price and have it shipped straight to my house. As a busy working woman I took advantage of the service.

You don’t have to bulk up with weights to lose weight. Some people think that you need to add 10, 20 or 30 pounds in order to make a difference, but that is not the case. Doing Yoga Outside

I am going to go to a yoga class in Ardmorethis weekend. I think it is private yoga instruction Philadelphia that will teach it. It is going to be a class that will be outside. I wonder what kind of yoga class it will be. Will it be an easy yoga class? Will it be a difficult yoga class? Will we be practicing even if it is very very hot outside? It has been so hot here lately. It feels like someone has put a wet, hot blanket on top of me when I step outside. I think we are going to pay a lot of money for the AC this month. I have not practiced much of my own yoga lately. I just feel lazy sometimes. I do miss the days when I would go to yoga classes all the time. I used to practice about one hour almost every single day. I also miss the days when I would get my unemployment payment. Now I have to produce. That does seem a bit scary. I know I can do it. I just have to work hard and be focused. I wonder if there will be any Havertown Yoga classes this weekend. I am going to start teaching in Havertown at the Healing Touch center. It is a very nice studio and I really enjoy working there. I think Jenny is a very nice person and Linda is also so great to work with. I wish the space was bigger so I could get more students in there. I wish it was about twice the size since we will be limited with how many people we can get in there. I think we started to teach in there about six months ago and we seem to have classes about once a month. I wish we had more classes there since it is so close to our house.

My big sister is the most annoying person that I have ever met in my life. She is constantly watching television, and she will not let me use the remote. She told me that she bought a new as seen on tv workout program, so she has to use the television more than I do. My mother told me that I should try to get along with my sister, but I never have in the past. I do not think that I ever will in the future, either. We are just way too different. I like to play video games, but she likes to do a lot of sports. My parents think that my sister is better than me. She does a lot of school activities, and I do not do any. I wish that I had a normal sister instead of one who is so perfect. Since I am not perfect at all, she annoys me a lot.
